Apple Authorized Reseller won't replace my Lightning Cable and Adapter!!!

My newly bought Iphone 5s is stressing me.

What to do if Apple Authorized Reseller won't replace my lightning cable and charger just because the engineer assigned to diagnose the accessory wasn't able to encounter the issue I'm saying?

The ISSUE is slow charging of Iphone 5s and intermittent charging. How did I know that the problem is the lightning cable and adapter? I tried other lightning chargers and it perfectly worked on my Iphone 5s, it full charged my phone in less than 2 hours.

iPhone 5s, iOS 8.3

Yes. I bought it on the 12th of May and I'm really disappointed. I was able to use it for only a week then I surrendered it to an Apple Authorized Service Center for diagnosis but they weren't able to give remedy.
