Unable to connect to internet anymore

I've been using broadband modem for years now. the internet works perfectly fine until recently i cannot connect to the internet anymore. User uploaded file

this what my broadband screen looks like. but when i open any apps that uses internet, I can't connect to internet. here a screen capture when i open chrome.

And then I tried to diagnose it but theres only 3 options whether I am connected to ETHERNET, WIFI or OTHERS. Because im using broadband modem so i choose OTHERS but the diagnostic says Click GO BACK BUTTON because the Network Diagnostics only supports diagnosing problems related to Ethernet and Wi-Fi Networks.

What Should I Do? I already paid Internet plan for 1 month.

I need help.. Thank You in Advance

hmmmm. Yosemite is known for wifi issues. have you tried restarting your computer to see if that solves the issue? does your internet work with other networks?
