8.3 upgrade bug

My display no longer fits my phone - the lowest icons are hanging off the bottom edge which makes them hard to use. Any solution for this?

Try double tapping the home button. If it's not that, then go into settings, general, accessibility, zoom and disable the zoom feature.

If the zoom setting was not activated, then try a simple reset. Press and hold the power button and the home button until the Apple boot logo appears. Let go and let it finish booting up and see how it looks then.
