icloud not synching to iphone 5

My iCloud account is not synching down to my iPhone 5. I've updated contacts and calendars but none of that is updated on my phone. In the calendar app, my calendar is listed under iCloud. In Settings, under iCloud, I have Contacts, Calendar, and Reminders turned on. What am I missing?
