Impossible to reactivate my iphone

my iphone 4s was stolen but i have found the thief and take it back. I had declare it on icloud lost and now it.s impossible to reactivate it

What do you mean by "impossible to reactivate" it? Not sure what you would need to be activating?

HI, in fact when i switch on my iphone it ask me language position and wifi and after begin tu activate. After 3 or 4 minutes it said impossible to activate and ask me to try again. I tried plenty since 3 days and it didn.t match

I suggest you to reactivate from your sim carriers office. Maybe they can help
