Q: Some text sections in book will not stay in the font i select - can I stop this?

In photo book - text on some pages keeps changing to 'didot' when I want 'papyrus' how do I solve this?

MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Late 2013), iOS 8.3

    Which Aperture version and Book Theme are you using? 

     

    In Aperture 3.6 I have to add my own text boxes, when I want to change the default fonts of the themes.

    In "edit Layout" mode I click "+" and select to add a Text Box. Then I change the font in Edit Layout Mode, go back to "Edit Content", and enter the text. This way the font will stay.
