Airplay over Bluetooth prevents video on iPhone 5s

I had been streaming video on my iPhone 5s with the audio going to a Jabra speaker via a bluetooth connection, usually while cooking dinner or the like as I do not have a TV in the kitchen. However, since the latest update allows airplay connections over bluetooth, when I try to stream HBOGo to the Jabra, the audio comes through the speaker, but the video says that it is playing on AppleTV. When I attempt to disable airplay, the sound no longer streams to the speaker.

Is there a way to have the video on my iPhone screen while the sound comes from the speaker?
