Why won't my iMovie project show up?

So yesterday I was editing a video that I have been working on for a couple of days when suddenly my Macbook Pro (running iMovie 10.0.8) crashed. I reopened the computer and once I launched iMovie, the project had disappeared. In my All Projects folder in iMovie, it still says i have one project but doesn't seem to appear anywhere. Not even in Finder. If you would know how to fix this problem, please let me know.
