Poor connection error on IPads

Hi support.

I am having the following issue with Facetime on three of our IPads. (2xAir 1x4 all Wifi only with IOS 8.3)

Calling out the call connects fine but looses the video after approx. 10 secs due to poor connection. This happens even if we are in the same room with the Ipads and the modem. But it does not happen when the call is placed with an Iphone (also on Wifi).

I have had the issue for some time now. None of the trouble shooting guides has fixed it. I have seen a lot of users are having the same problem.

Can you help? Please also feedback with current status if there is no fix in place yet.
