My iPhone 5s has randomnly gone into a loop and it keeps going between the apple logo screen and the home screen.

My iPhone 5s is looping between the apple logo screen and the home screen. I tried to hold the home button and the power button down to force a restart and it comes back to the same loop. I cannot access anything on the iPhone. I connected it to iTune to restore, but it is asking me to turn off "Find My iPhone" before it can restore. I cannot do that since I cant access anything on the phone. How do I restore the phone and start over?
