How are enterprise deployed iPads utiliziing Find my iPhone so that the end user can not disable or get notifcations if set up with a single admin account for all devices

We deploy iPads in our buisness using AirWatch MDM solutions. We only use iCloud for Find my iPhone. The end user has been setting this up with their Apple ID, but some users are turning it off. Which we can't control. What are others doing to prevent this? We though of using an admin account on all devices but don't want everyone to get a prompt when something is done with this account.

Wouldn't AirWatch MDM solutions be the best ones to ask?

If your using their programs to control the devices, they are the exports.

There is no Administrator account on the devices.

You can turn on Restrictions

Yes you are correct, but with AirWatch the device has to be Supervised which we do not want to do. So I was just wondering what/if others are doing this and how they are doing it.
