New Email Address, now can't log in

Hi there,


I changed the email address on my account and now the new password won't register with the existing iCloud account. It all went wrong when I tried to change the email on iCloud to match the new email on the general account.

From your post I understand that you have changed the email associated with your Apple ID, and you are not able to log in with it. To help resolve this issue please follow the directions in the article below.


If you're asked for the password to your previous Apple ID in iCloud - Apple Support
