how to change display setting

While trying to lengthen my display time delta on my 160GB classic, I accidentally set the delta to 0 or to "no display"...

Now, I can not read the screen to change the setting!

It's running, and the screen options are kind of visible when looking at an angle with light behind it and to the left.

Does anyone know of a way to change this back? A reset changes nothing.

When I plug it into my PC, the screen lights up, saying "Connected... Eject before disconnecting".... but the iPod does not respond to any input while connected to the PC.

If someone has an idea how to change this back, please let me know.

BTW, the Iphone 4s and the Windows 7 have nothing to do with this, but I could not figure out how to remove that.

This experience has been all that I would expect from any kind of Apple Support. Yes, I know that this is a community, and participation is voluntary. Thankfully, my son took a look at it, could just barely read the options, but could reset it. so, now it works.

I buy Apple products for the Engineering and Manufacturing quality. The Support has always been atrocious.
