When I add a new item to my Itunes folder I make changes to that file within Itunes. Is there anyway to copy the edited current library and save that to a hard drive? (at the moment the files I see in the itunes media folder are the unedited files)

I know to copy itunes to an external hard drive I have to go in my Itunes media folder, but at the moment when I do that the files I copy are the original files (with original name, artwork etc). I want to save the new, edited version to my hard drive (with new names, artwork etc). Is this possible?
