my iphone 6 plus wont show up on my computer is it because its not a mac

my iphone 6 plus wont show up to my computer.I locked myself out of it twice and got it disabled, but i fixed it the first time but now it's not working. I know your gonna call me dumb but I need help please reply back. and also im using a windows 7 ultimate computer it's 64 bit
