COFFEE SHOP NO PASSWORD PAGE COMES UP BUT CONNECTION SAIDS ITS STrONG.

im at the coffee shop and I connect to the wifi and it shows strong connection but the password page to submit does not appear. I come here at least once a week and this it the first time it does not show up. Please help. and do not redirect me to the wifi configuration page cause it did not help.
