upgrade to new version system, bug with last id apple of the last user

the moment that i will do upgrade of sistem, started a new window - appears already filled the email. but this email is last user and dont there option for change for my id apple. what do i do?

You will have to install the original operating system.


Boot the MBP with the OPTION + COMMAND + R keys.


The display will show a revolving globe


By following the directions you will be connected to the Apple servers.


From the 4 option menu, select Disk Utility. Format the SSD via Disk Utility>Erase to Mac OS Extended (Journaled).


Exit Disk Utility and select from the menu, Reinstall the OSX.


When that is finished, the MBP will be registered with your ID.
