How do you change country as shipping adresse when you are trying to order?

Question

It is automatically set in the Unites States, but I want to ship it to Norway and use a norwegian credit card. Trying to buy a photobook.

MacBook Air, OS X Mavericks (10.9.4)

You can't from the US. You would have to order from the Norwegian Apple Store. Purchases in the US store can only be shipped to US addresses.
