I don't know whether i accidentally deleted a playlist, or iTunes did it.
The piont is on my wifes phone which is synced to my iTunes account there is a copy of the deleted playlist
How do i stop itunes deleting this as i connect it to itunes and it syncs because then i could re import it and therefore restore it

First enable the menu bar with Ctrl+B if needed, then tick the checkbox Edit > Preferences > Devices > Prevent iPods, iPhones, and iPads from syncing automatically.
