Why has Internet connection slowed on my IMac yet modem is still normal?

Speed at the modem is 200mbs.

I-Mac was operating at this speed as well for several months but now has dropped to approx 97mbs download; 20mbs upload.

Connection is via ethernet.

Time warner came out and tested modem, and it was consistent at 200mbs. But tech replaced modem but with no change in speed.

I keep OS and apps up-to-date and keep Mac "clean".

Suggestions?
