video out of sync audio and grey image after upload

Hi.

I'm trying to upload a video to the internet to share with a client so they can watch it before I burn it to a DVD. I edited the video in FCP 7, exported it, and it works fine.

The problem comes as soon as I either upload it to the internet or burn it to a DVD. It results in some of the images turning grey, with the sound still playing, and putting the audio out of sync with the video.

Can anyone help me fix this situation so I can deliver the finished product to my client as soon as possible.
