Under Settings>Privacy>photos apps that requested access to photos are not displayed.

This could be a bug however on my I-Pad Under Settings>Privacy>photos apps that requested access to photos are not displayed.

iPad 2, iOS 8.1

Check settings> general> restrictions> Privacy> photos> alow changes. Or just disable all restrictions.
