Slow macbook pro - etrecheck done

My MacBook Pro runs slow, with regular beachballing. It previously got very slow when I installed Yosemite, so I got a pro to install Maverick instead, but again it has become slow. I make sure run only a few programs at a time, but before the Yosemite upgrade I never had a speed problem.

Here is my EtreCheck report - any ideas?

Many thanks in advance.
