How to send iMessage conversations from mac to iPhone

Hey so i accidentally deleted a very important conversation with my friend from my iPhone. Luckily my macbook pro is synced with my iMessage and has the whole conversation there, but I really need it on my phone's messages. Is there a way for me to transfer the conversation to my iPhone 6 from my macbook?
