Iphone 5s and 6 serious issues

Hi All

Seen all the threads re iMessage virus/bug, I don't use iMessage nor does my partner but both of our phones have now gone into spasm, both are unresponsive pasting random pictures into messages (normal) we both within minutes of each other have 2 lines down our screen the sort if you drop which both haven't been and they are so temperamental and unresponsive with the screens atm. I have done all the reset stuff but no success and we both need our phones for our jobs. Any Help welcome.

This is about as much as can be done right now. http://www.macrumors.com/2015/05/26/ios-bug-crashing-iphones-with-text-message/ It is not a virus, it is an exploit.

IF that does not work, a restore is in order.

which ever it is I haven't received the "text" nor anything else but its playing up

If they are both acting up the same, I suggest that someone may have attempted to send the message to you. User troubleshooting steps for the iPhone are restart, reset, restore from backup, restore as new. Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
