I want to delete Gimmie Shelter Ringtones by the Stones . Apple deleted music but still shows on my list. I want them off. There's three Gimmie Shelters listings. I don't want to see them. I'm talking about IPad 4,not iPhone.

I Want to delete Gimmie Shelter Ringtones by the Stones. There's three listed. Apple deleted sound but writing is still there. I want them gone. I'm talking IPAD 4 not IPhone. No one can help me so far. Help please.
