message app will not work after "effective power" bug was received. Is there a known fix?
iPod touch, iOS 8.3
It is being worked on as we speak. You can apparently open Notes or Reminders, add some text and try messaging that to yourself. I'm sure more news will make itself available here as this progresses.

received the "effective power" bug message and opened it. The phone did not turn off, but my message app will not work now. It will go to a "white" screen then flash back to the home screen. Is there a fix?
