Yosemiti 10.10.3 Wifi reconnect lag

Ever since I updated Yosemiti to 10.10.3, my Macbook Air is taking forever (30 seconds to a minute) to reconnect to wifi. Has anyone else had this issue?

MacBook Air (13-inch Mid 2011), OS X Yosemite (10.10.3)
