Apps not downloading

So the thing is that, I want to download an app from the App store however I see its in the waiting process and then all of the sudden it disappears, just like it was cancelled. Its strange to me and I want to see whether other users were having this problem or maybe it was specifically my phone.

That being said I have less than 1 gig of free space on my phone however the app i want to install is at most 10mbs

So therefore if anyone knows whats up please do tell and I am forever in debt :-)
