hi, i got iphone 4 from my relative in US it locked at&t but after unlocked carrer i need to restore to activate sim. But it link to apple id to activate. How can i do for this cuz i do not know that apple id?

Ask your relative. They are the only one that can unlock it from their Apple ID.
