Track pad vibrates a lot when two fingers are applied to force click

I may have accidentally spilled water onto my laptop so I'm a little scared.

When I apply two fingers for the little pop up thing on the track pad, it just vibrates a ton and the pop up appears and disappears a bunch and occasionally my whole lap top makes a ton of noise.

Should I go to the genius bar or what can I do??????
