PPF004, and PPF003 diagnostic codes.
I have a clicking noise coming from my late 2013 MBP, the fan doesn't seem to run, and when running diagnostics I get the codes PPF004, and PPF003. Any help is appreciated.

What diagnostics? The code looks incomplete/
There may be an issue with the fan.
