I have backed up my old I phone data in my laptop. it is lost. any way to retrieve that

Due to technical problem Apple has replaced my old I phone 6 plus. I have backed up my old phone data in my laptop. When i connected my new phone with I tunes, old back up was lost. Is there any possibilities to retrieve my old data?
