Exchange my iPhone 6

Can I exchange my iPhone 6 less than a year old in another country?

I bought iPhone 6 November'14 but recently I experienced some issue with iPhone.

It hangs alot, it heats up and there is a small vibration on the lower right side when I press it.

I called Apple Customer Care in India and they also mentioned that the logs shows some issues in my iPhone 6.

I'm currently in China, can I get my iPhone exchanged?
