How can I stop My emails being deleted automatically before I can read them, my mailbox is constantly empty. Sometimes I can read it but then it disappears so fast. Have already set the mailbox to never delete but that's not helping
Hi Try a Reboot press & hold power button & menu button hold both down until you see Apple Logo If you still have a problem Go to settings Email Account delete Email account then had back again do this with all accounts That are not working correctly . Cheers Brian
If you have another device with an email client set up to access the same account using POP3, odds are that client is downloading the messages and deleting them from the server, which is the default for POP3.
