No service but works after restart. Bug iOS 8.3

Using iPhone 5S with iOS 8.3. Phone shows "No Service" from time to time. Approximately two to three times a week. It starts working fine with a restart but I don't want to restart again and again. This is mostly happening after the iOS update. Switching on and off from airplane mode also doesn't work. Please fix this in the next update!!
