Late 2013 Mac Pro Screen Flickering in Bootcamp(Win 8.1)

I just purchased my Mac pro 3 days ago and started having issue from day 1

I've my mac pro hooked up to LG 34um95 ultrawide display via Thunderbolt

While i'm not doing work I usually use bootcamp, as i did with my previous macs, but this screen flickering issue was new and a shock for me

I did update Yosemite before installing bootcamp and yes i did install the correct bootcamp drivers

the display works fine when running Yosemite(so far....), but then i run windows it just flickers everywhere when watching Youtube or Web browsing (surprisingly not while im running games... if it did i would've already flipped out)

I did try to enable and disable crossfire and did nothing

tried different display ports on the mac pro and the monitor (every possible combinations)

I heard this is a known issue and is fault of my LG monitor, i tried another samsung ultrawide and same results.

has anyone experienced same issue? I've invested big money for my grad school and i've been turned down big time.

My particular Model is equiped with 4-core and 700d dual graphics

Mac Pro, OS X Yosemite (10.10.3), firepro 700d dual graphics
