My iPhone 6 is not charging very well,, it's charging after few times I move the entry conector and sometimes I couldn't to charge it and it's make me nervouse. Second problem is with Siri. Siri work only when I conect my earphones. That's why noone can't hear me on the Skype.When I'll send my iPhone to Apple. Do they change me my iPhone for new one?

Try to reset your device. This won't delete your data stored on the phone.

Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button
Press and hold on the Home button
Keep holding both buttons until the display turns off and back on with Apple logo on it.

Alternatively, you may go to Settings - General - Reset - Reset All Settings

Many times I tried to reset my iPhone and nothing happend. Foil anf cover it's ok,, my sound recorder working ok only Skype, Siri don't work and when I calling with someone and I change it for speaker I can hear that person but that person can't hear me.
