How can I get the contact back if earlier user id was different

I am using Iphone 4s A1387 model which is my company mobile. Now earlier user was my boss but now he left the job and his id is discontinue along with that contact was deleted.

Now I have created my account for itune and for Apple. So how can i get the contacts back. pls advise.
