Touch Id issue after IOS8 update

Hi

I own a Iphon5s in which the touch id was working very well. Recently I did update to IOS8 the touch id seems to be reset . When I did try to toggle and scan fingerprint it seems to me throwing an error saying "Failed Unable to complete Touch Id setup. Please go back and try again" . Did try couple of steps like restart and toggle,but no luck . Is there any other solution which would help me out of this please suggest . The current version number running is iOS 8.3 . Is it related to device or issue with new IOS which would be fixed in new builds ?.
