Will iCloud document sync ever be fixed?

I'm constantly having sync problems. Right now, two Keynotes documents have not updated on my iPad in over an hour after I made changes to them on my Mac. I'm on a superfast wifi connetion, iPad Air 2, loads of free storage, all the latest versions of everything.
