MY iPad3 is affected by redirecting web pages like ad.adsmatte.com and youradexchange.com. This makes it difficult to open any link Apart from slowing down the os. Please tell me how to remove this. I have already tried factory reset. It didn't help.

There is no such malware for iOS devices unless you jailbroke your device.

Thanks for the link. Since then I have logged on to another network on a separate router. But I keep getting redirected to the above two sites. This also means that there is nothing wrong with my router or network.
I have also tried factory reset without any positive results.
