UPdating Safari

I have received messages from several sources that I am not using the latest browser version (I have Safari 5.1.10 and I check for updates regularly). I am using OS X 10.6.8

How do I obtain and install the latest version of Safari?

iMac (21.5-inch Mid 2011), Mac OS X (10.6.8)

To get the latest version of Safari, you need to update your operating system. Currently, you are using the latest version of Safari available for OS X 10.6.8.
