i need to get code for Viber on my iPad

Tim said you need to contact Viber. Did you contact them? Do not try to contact Apple about this.
Apple has nothing to do with it. Contact Viber support.
This is very simple - just give to Viber app on the iPad any of your phone numbers on which you can receive SMS. Then feed the received code to the app and it will work. For more info, visit the Viber forum.
