latest compatible version issue on older OS X

Hello I'm Mavericks user.

Today, I tried to download purchased app (1password) from Mac App Store.

This app is compatible with Yosemite. then, I hoped to download latest compatible version.

but I can't download latest compatible version with following message from app store.

"We could not complete your request. - There was an error in the App Store. Please try again later. (null)"

I wonder whether this is a temporary problem.
