wd media player library issues

wd media player library issues

I have several Mac at home, and a WDTV Live Hub attached to a TV and connected through my home network. I have an AppleTV connected to another TV, and want to watch content on my network from it - which I have to do through iTunes. The WDTVLiveHub appears in my iTunes as an available library, but when selected, nothing happens in iTunes.

I have also tried to add files to my computer's library from the WD hard disk - which worked the first time, but now I cannot add more files. Any ideas?

iMac, OS X Mavericks (10.9.5)

Contact WD about software updates and instructions on how to use this. This kind of iTunes server software is part of their package, not a feature of iTunes. Or wait patiently here in case somebody else has a similar setup and happens by.
