Links don't launch other browser after disabling safari

i disabled safari because I tried everything in my power to stop websites from autolaunching the app store but failed

after I disabled safari links stopped working both from my email and from iMessage I had to copy the url and launch my browser and past the link into it

tried searching everywhere for a way to set chrome as default browser but I failed

please help me figure this out..

iphone 6 always kept on th latest iOS release
