Sharing USB Drive on Small Network

OK, I'm sure I'm missing something very easy. We have a small network at work (6 computers) that are all running 10.8.5 (for now, until we upgrade to Yosemite in a couple months). I've connected two USB drives to my computer to use as storage and want the rest of the team to be able to access those drives. I know there's a way to do it but I just can't remember.

Any help?

Thanks,

Lloyd
