iPhone 5s home button problem

So I have a iPhone 5S out of warrant which battery was very poor. So I tried to change it my self, I realised that the iPhone battery was not the correct one the company I ordered it from send me a iPhone 5 Battery, so next day I went to a shop where they changed the iPhone battery for me. I left the shop and went home and they iPhone powered on and was working perfectly when I used the Touch ID it worked I loaded my messages and it would not let me exit the application the home button was not working. I saw the guy fixing my phone I didn't think he put the cable at the bottom of the screen on. It did not have the brace to hold it down. I tried using some tape to hold it down. It didn't work. I am going to go to the shop tomorrow.

Does anyone know a solution or any idea of how to fix it?

Thanks

iPhone 5s, iOS 8.2
