How to transfer contacts from iPhone 5s to Macbook

HI,

I am currently using iPhone 5S and I want to transfer contacts from iPhone 5s to macbook Pro.I don't have any cloud ID on phone active.

I have an old apple ID with some contacts so if I login my old iCloud ID in to my 5S would it delete all my existing contacts(in iPhone 5s) and only contacts which are in my old id contact will come?

How to sync contacts using iTunes because when i connect my iPhone to Macbook pro(OS X yosemite) it says it will do via air cloud.
